Paper Pumpkin Kit

I became a consultant for Stampin Up a couple of months ago. This was more about saving money (as I’m always buying craft supplies and stamps) than about making money. In signing up to be a consultant….I also signed up for their Paper Pumpkin monthly kit. It wasn’t a requirement….but I suffer from FOMO (fear of missing out)….so I wanted to see for myself what it was all about. Paper Pumpkin is a monthly paper project kit for under $20!!! The kit is simple enough that kids could do it with a bit of guidance, but has enough creative potential that the super crafty person could use it as a jumping off point while taking it to the next level. May’s kit was this adorable heart and frame, with stamps one could use to make the kit a Mother’s Day gift.

I put it together per the instructions just to see if everything was clear and easy…and it was. The kit only took about 30 minutes to complete.
June’s kit was a card kit with a masculine feel. It also included “Happy Father’s Day” and “Happy Birthday” Photopolymer stamps….and as a bonus, cute little stamps that said “Dad”, “Son”, and “Bro”.

The cards turned out really cute! I am so impressed with these kits! Now, I can’t wait for July’s kit!!!! You know the best part is that once you have completed the kit, you are left with these fantastic stamps and ink dots that you can continue to use in your crafting and art journaling. This is a fantastic little kit for crafters of all ages; the kit is perfect for homeschoolers or those wishing to have art date night with their friends. Check out Paper Pumpkin at, or through my page at If you find you’re interested and want to sign up…..don’t forget to list me (Kathleen Brown) as your consultant/demonstrator. Cheers!
